      Candidate have to pay application fee Rs. 300/- through Online Challan (Take printout of online challan) at any branch of State Bank of India (SBI). Candidate belonging to SC/ ST of Odisha and PWD (whose disability is not less than 40%) are exempted from payment of this fee.

Application Procedure

      Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.opsc.gov.in from 02-11-2016 to 20-11-2016 & send hard copy of the online application with self attested copies of HSC or equivalent certificate, Intermediate/ Higher Secondary Examination Certificate, MBBS Degree certificates, Mark lists and copy of challan. In an envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the Post of Medical Officer (Assistant Surgeon)” by registered post/ speed post to the address: Special Secretary, Odisha Public Service Commission, 19, Dr. P.K. Paraija Road, Cuttack – 753001 on or before 28-11-2016.

Selection Procedure

      Selection Process for Medical Officer (Assistant Surgeon) post will be based on Written Test and Career Assessment/ Career Marking. Written Test will be held in Cuttack on 18th December 2016.
